Apiture began in 2017 as a joint venture between First Data Corporation and Live Oak Bank. We’ve had 300+ clients live from day one, and we’re audited and compliant with FFIEC and SOC 2. Our team has expertise born from experience, with hundreds of years of collective experience at leading U.S. banks and credit unions. Chris Babcock

Chris has over 25 years of experience in financial services technology with a balanced background across technology, business, sales, and delivery. Chris was a co-founder of the Americas office of Clear2Pay in 2005 as CTO. After the FIS acquisition of Clear2Pay in 2014, Chris held leadership roles in technology, product management, sales, and pre-sales. Prior to his tenure at FIS and Clear2Pay, Chris held various technology and leadership positions at S1 Corporation and Accenture. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Duke University.

Christopher Cox

Chris Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Apiture and oversees all aspects of business operations. Previously, Chris was the General Manager of First Data’s digital banking business. He also led mobile payment product development efforts at First Data. Prior to joining First Data, Chris was a Principal Consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and a Staff Consultant at CSC Consulting. Chris has more than 20 years of experience in banking, payments, mobile commerce, product innovation, and technology strategy. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Miami University in Ohio, and an MBA from Duke University.

Matt Ellis

Matt is a proven leader with over 25 years experience in banking and technology. Matt began his career at Bank of Boston in various product and project management positions. After Bank of Boston was acquired by Bank of America, Matt shifted from banking to technology, with leadership positions in Sales, Product and General Management at S1, Clear2Pay, ACI and Merrill.

Ash Good

Ash Good is the Chief Financial Officer at Apiture. Prior to Apiture, Ash served as the Chief Audit Executive at PPD, a global contract research organization (CRO). Additionally, Ash spent 11 years at GE where he held roles as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Unit Controller, FP&A Manager, and Business Unit Finance Leader in the Aviation and Nuclear businesses. He started his career as a Branch Manager and Small Business Banker for First Citizens Bank and Wachovia (now Wells Fargo). Ash is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Finance and holds an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Hunter Broadwell

Hunter Broadwell joined Apiture in 2018 and brings more than 15 years of business law and litigation experience to his role as General Counsel and Chief of Staff.  He is responsible for the Apiture legal and privacy functions, corporate secretarial activities, and corporate development.  Prior to joining Apiture he served as a managing legal counsel for a global clinical research organization. Hunter holds a J.D. and B.A. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
