We are currently looking to add a Customer Success Manager to manage existing relationships with community financial institutions and will be working remotely.   The ideal candidate will understand banking strategic goals, be able to consult on options to achieve results, and ensure our business operations exceed customer expectation.  Our CSM’s will lead our critical client partnerships.  Cross sales are considered tools to ensure happy clients and not quota’s to be delivered.

This role will be based out of our Wilmington, NC office, but consideration will be given to remote applicants based regionally as well.


Your Vibe:

  • Manage existing community banking relationships through field-based outreach
  • Cross sell new products & services and renegotiate renewals with existing customers
  • Sell digital banking software solutions to well-defined target accounts within your territory focusing on banking executives in technology, operations, and business
  • Conduct needs analysis and account mapping activities to identify well qualified prospects
  • Work with a dedicated internal team of support reps and customer success managers to optimize relationships and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Maintain and report on sales activities and pipeline through our CRM platform
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows as required


Your Composition:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Strong outside software sales experience with a documented track record of success
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong account management skills with expertise in building long term relationships
  • Financial technology or digital banking knowledge a plus
  • Has worked independently in a field-based sales role with the ability to travel
  • Detail-oriented and goal driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Works collaboratively across cross-functional teams
