We are an open API banking platform, focused on creating cutting-edge technology for financial institutions. Our platform enables the fast and flexible deployment of banking features—mobile-focused, user-centric, convenient and secure.

We’re looking for an experienced UX writer to help shape our content practice across multiple product teams. If you enjoy crafting user-centric microcopycreating & organizing content standards, and owning high-value documentation projects, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will work with designers, stakeholders, and product managers to define key needs & deliverables based on the needs and goals of each project. You will lead content review projects and own the standardization of our UX writing. You will own several key documents including a Voice & Tone Guide. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide variety of content strategy tactics and be able to adapt them in new and inventive ways. Bonus points if you are ready & willing to tackle documentation for both technical & non-technical audiences. (We have a mix of both.)

We have this crazy, thrill-seeking goal to revolutionize banking, through an open architecture built natively for the next-generation of serverless, cloud-based technologies, providing financial customers infinite scalability, availability, and transparency. We are moving fast, thinking big, leading strong, and need your leadership to serve on the front lines of the revolution.
